#080 Hackathon, the misconception

I noticed one major misconception when joining a hackathon or a building challenge.
Starting with an idea first, especially when it's a specific tool hackathon. Unless it's a startup challenge, that's not how you start your project. A big no-no.
You should start by getting to know your tool. Especially the limitations. Then, you start the brainstorming session for suitable ideas within the tool capacity. The best time to use your creative juice.
The key to practice is to minimalize your dissatisfaction throughout the challenge. Set up the boundary. And, free to roam within that "area".

Maybe a newsletter? New no-code builds? A book?!
